Re: USYS Return-to-Activity Guidelines
While we are all anxious to jump on the field and start playing, we need to be cognizant of our communities rules and requirements. It is our goal to maintain a spirit of fun and enjoyment, while making sure we comply with all local rules in order to better protect the health of our community. Things may initially be very different than what we're all familiar with, but hopefully each phase will allow for the introduction of more and better programming. We are excited to have the chance to see all of you soon, and we hope this phased approach to play will take us back to playing the game we love sooner versus later.
We will continue to follow government directives while also seeking advice from State and local medical professionals and/or public health officials about applicable, permissible activities and timelines in our State. These guidelines address only early phases of return-to-play (when appropriate for Connecticut) and additional guidelines may, or may not, follow as the COVID-19 pandemic continues to evolve.
As we get closer to a return CJSA will provide further, specific details.
We hope to see you all safe, healthy and on the field soon.
